I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your company. Mike and Travis did the install on my house. The professionalism they show speaks highly on your company. They were not only very courteous but took the time to answer all of my questions. Mike even took time to throw a football to my son. They made me feel very comfortable with all the work. Once the job was complete they even cleaned up after themselves. Once again, thank you for a job well done!

Thank you for the fine job last week installing a new air-conditioning and heating system. Your crew is very thorough, professional, and also patient in explaining the new thermostat operation to my 96 year-old mother. With five people installing the system, it was all done in less than 4 hours. Just a quick note to let you an your company know how happy we are with the new Carrier system you installed. As you know we had three other companies come to the house and bid a new system for us. They all wanted to replace the system with larger units because our old system was never able to cool the house like we wanted when the temperature reached the 100-degree marks. When I showed you around our house you immediately noticed that we did not have enough return air going into the system. This was not just your opinion; you proved it to me with your return air gizmo! We were able to downsize the system and add another return air duct. I expressed my concerns about reducing the size of our system so you guaranteed the system to be to our satisfaction or Comfort Incorporated would replace the system with a larger unit. That is what sold me! The new Carrier system is much quieter than our old one and I'm sure much more efficient. As you know we had one minor issue in the installation, which your company remedied quickly. I won't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone!

Not too often do you get to say something good about work you have done. I would like to commend the two installers of Comfort Incorporated who installed our new heating and air conditioning unit. They were very efficient, had great personalities, worked very well with each other, finished on time, kept us informed and cleaned up as then went.

I had an A/C unit install last week. The service men were Mike and Travis they were very polite, respectful, and informative these guys come highly recommended. I would gladly use these guys in the future if needed.

I had a new Goodman HAC system installed last week and was extremely pleased. The owner and two service representatives were very professional, competent, and informative. They analysed the problem and provided all the options. They were not overly aggressive in closing the deal and respected my decision-making. The service was provided as planned, no surprises, and the representatives were very respectful of my home. We are very pleased with the system that is much quieter and I'm sure will be much more efficient. As far as affordability, I had one quote that was 100% more! I will highly recommend Comfort to my relatives and friend.
